About the Role
KlasJet is a private aviation company that prides itself on delivering high standards before, during, and after every flight. We are looking for a Travel Officer to join our team in Vilnius. If you are someone who genuinely enjoys hunting down the best hotel at the best price, coordinating ground transportation, and making sure every logistical detail is covered — all while working alongside a fun, young, and passionate group of aviation professionals — this role is worth a serious look.
You will not be sitting in a corner handling the same task every day. You will work across departments, handle real-time travel requests, and help us get smarter about how we spend on travel without cutting corners on quality.
What You Will Be Doing?
- Managing travel requests from start to finish — flights, hotels, ground transportation, and anything else our team needs to move
- Keeping our internal travel management system accurate and up to date (if a record is wrong, it creates real problems, so attention to detail matters)
- Answering travel-related questions and resolving issues or complaints quickly and professionally
- Working with other departments to understand their travel needs and making sure logistics are in place before anyone asks
- Tracking travel expenses and finding practical ways to save money without disrupting operations
- Partnering with senior staff to improve processes and look at data for better decision-making
- Handling other operational tasks as they come up — because in private aviation, things change fast
What You Need to Bring?
- At least one year of experience in travel management or as a travel agent. If that experience is in aviation, even better — but not required.
- Hands-on experience with reservations software and travel management systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills. You will need to solve problems, multitask, negotiate, and adapt quickly when things get time-sensitive or complicated
- Excellent spoken and written English — you will handle negotiations and complex discussions, not just basic emails
- Solid computer skills with a real eye for detail and accuracy when working with data
- A positive, collaborative attitude. You will work across teams and departments regularly

Salary
The final salary depends on your experience and competencies. The indicated range is:
2300 € to 2900 € (brutto per month)
