About the Role
Albinati Aeronautics is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. We are a well-established business aviation company specializing in the charter, management, and trade of business jets, operating under both Swiss and Maltese Air Operator Certificates. This role sits at the intersection of aviation and luxury service — you will be the direct point of contact for clients, coordinating flights and arranging premium services to match their expectations. What You Will Be Doing?
- Receiving and processing customer flight requests, then coordinating closely with our Flight Operations department to make them happen
- Arranging additional luxury services based on client needs — from ground transportation to catering and beyond
- Communicating with both internal teams and external partners to keep every detail on track
- Monitoring all flights and third-party services to ensure everything is completed on time
- Maintaining strong, ongoing communication with clients and across company departments
- Ensuring that every client interaction reflects the professionalism and discretion expected in business aviation
What We Are Looking For?
This is not an entry-level role with no experience required. We need someone who already understands the standards of business aviation or luxury service.
Essential Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) — this is mandatory
- Swiss citizen or EU/EEA passport holder
- Previous experience in business aviation or luxury service
- Willingness to work on a shift basis (this is a 24/7 operation)
- Strong multitasking ability and comfort working under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine customer-first mindset — you go the extra mile without being asked
Languages that are a plus:
- Proficiency in any additional language (German, Italian, Spanish, etc.)
