About the Role
Caribbean Airlines is looking for Reservations Agents who speak fluent French or Spanish and genuinely enjoy customer service. Reporting to the Reservations Supervisor, you will handle reservations, ticketing, and related support for passengers, travel agents, line stations, and loyalty customers. Because of your language skills, you will also be the go-to person for French-speaking or Spanish-speaking clients — helping them navigate bookings and travel arrangements with confidence.
Beyond answering calls and processing requests, this role plays a direct part in our commercial performance. You will help optimize the use of available aircraft space, market our products to potential customers, and work toward pre-determined sales and call targets that contribute to the company's profitability.
What You Will Be Doing
- Providing reservations, ticketing, and related support services to passengers, travel agents, line stations, and loyalty customers
- Serving as the primary point of contact for French-speaking or Spanish-speaking clients who need assistance in their language
- Optimizing the utilization of available aircraft space to support revenue goals
- Marketing Caribbean Airlines products and services to potential customers
- Meeting established sales and call targets that contribute to departmental and company profitability
- Handling internal and external customer requests professionally, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and exceeding expectations
- Using assigned resources effectively to meet customer delivery standards and operational objectives
What You Need to Qualify
- A minimum of five (5) CXC/GCE Ordinary Level passes, including English and Mathematics
- A strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
- The ability to converse fluently in French or Spanish (this is what makes you stand out for this role)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, plus sound knowledge of a Computerised Reservations System
- Willingness to work shift hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Legal authorization to work in Trinidad & Tobago
Important Details Before You Apply
This is a shift-based role, so flexibility with working hours is essential. All suitable applicants will be subject to a pre-employment medical evaluation, including drug and alcohol testing, as well as a full criminal security and background investigation.
Why Join Caribbean Airlines in This Role?
You will be joining the national carrier of Trinidad & Tobago at a time when bilingual customer support is more valuable than ever. If you speak French or Spanish fluently, this position gives you a genuine advantage — you will be the person our international customers rely on. You will also gain hands-on experience with reservations systems and airline commercial operations, all within a team that takes customer service seriously.
If you meet the requirements and are ready to bring your language skills and service mindset to a fast-paced airline environment, we encourage you to apply.
