The Air Wisconsin Airlines Information Technology Internship Program provides an entry level opportunity for students studying and interested in an Information Technology career to join Air Wisconsin Airlines. Use your technical skills to grow and develop industry contacts while working for a leading regional airline. Air Wisconsin Interns earn real world IT experience that can give them a competitive advantage as they begin their career as an IT professional. This is a part-time, temporary position.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Staff the IT Help Desk as needed.
Assist with internal and external user technical support and troubleshooting.
Create, review and assign IT support requests.
Manage hardware inventory and ensure accuracy of asset management system.
Aid in computer hardware setup, deployment and recovery.
Participate in IT project planning and execution as requested.
Create, update and review process/system documentation.
Attendance is considered an essential responsibility.
Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Working towards, or recently completed, a 2 or 4 year degree in an Information Technology related field preferred
Open communication with your Advisor
Stay in good standing with current curriculum (grades, attendance, etc.)
Working towards a career in Information Technology
