    The call center agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone and email, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and requests. They must possess effective problem-solving skills, contribute to a growing team environment, and answer calls about airline travel on Silver Airways. Responsibilities include navigating computer terminals, sending and receiving email correspondence, selling ancillary products, initiating searches for travel-related information online, working independently and in a team environment, and performing other duties as assigned. The agent must be willing to contribute to the development of a growing team environment.


    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, two years of customer service experience, strong typing skills, excellent verbal and written communication, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, flexibility to work at any time, pass a ten-year background check and pre-employment drug test, and be legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located. They must also be able to type 25 words per minute and pass an assessment.

    Preferred qualifications include previous experience in reservation, customer service, or call center, efficient email typing and response, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, effective research, and a highly motivated self-starter with multitasking abilities.
