American Airlines is seeking a Part-Time Agent for Airport Operations based in Aruba. In this role, you will interact with flight crews, passengers, and other customers, providing essential travel-related information. Your responsibilities will include conducting security screenings and passenger service procedures at check-in and gate areas, assisting passengers as needed, processing reservations, issuing tickets, and completing check-in procedures in compliance with travel documentation and security requirements. Additionally, you will handle baggage check-in, informing passengers of any excess baggage charges per tariff rules.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must have a high school diploma and be fluent in English and the native language, with the ability to read, write, and understand both. Proficiency in Sabre is required, along with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, based on operational needs. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is adherence to the company's grooming standards. Candidates must be proactive team players, able to perform under pressure, lift and carry items up to 70 lbs, and stand for prolonged periods.
